Help Topic: Using this Help Facility

Index

This series of Help files are mainly accessed through the Customer Service and Imports web pages, since most of the help topics relate to issues associated with those pages.

However, these help files can also be accessed from the top of the Sidebar, on the left of your browser window, at any time (you probably clicked that link to access this help topic).

The complete list of help topics can be accessed via the Index, on the top right of this and every other Help window.

Nearly all of the individual topics have a list of Related Topics at the bottom of the page, which can be used to link the topics when you are following a particular thread.

All of the Help windows are movable, scrollable and resizable.
